Get Married at Quinte Mall: THE RULES

Entry: Contest opens starting from 12:01am ET on Thursday, January 7, 2010 until 11:59pm ET on January 24, 2010. Enter by completing the entry form and confirm compliance with the contest rules by submitting your entry via the following:
(1) Online: Visit www.getmarriedatquintemall.com complete the Official Entry Form, and upload one current colour photo depicting couple’s appearance, personality, and vitality.
(2) In person: Visit Guest Services to complete the Official Entry Form. Attach to the entry form one current color photo depicting couple’s appearance, personality, photogenic quality and vitality.
(3) By Mail: Print out the official contest entry form from www.getmarriedatquintemall.com or visit Guest Services and mail completed Official Entry Form and one current colour photo depicting couple’s appearance, personality, and vitality to Quinte Mall Wedding Contest, Administration Office, 390 North Front Street, Belleville, ON K8P 3E1
(4) Photos must have been taken within the last three months. Photos may be submitted as a snapshot or digital file no smaller then 3 x 4 inches and no larger then 8 x 10 inches. No slides, transparencies, or photocopies are permitted.
(5) Entry forms may not be photocopied.
(6) Limit one entry per person.
(7) No purchase necessary.

Eligibility: Quinte Mall’s Wedding Contest is open to all residents of the Quinte Region who are 19 years or older. Employees and immediate family members (including parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters, children and grandchildren) of Ivanhoe Cambridge, Quinte Mall Limited, Quinte Broadcasting, and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion and/or their respective agents, affiliates, or subsidiaries, are not eligible. No one person or member of their immediate family or household may win more than one prize from Quinte Broadcasting in any 30 day period. All contest entries received before 11:59pm on January 24, 2010 are eligible and stand an equal chance of winning.

Sponsor: The contest sponsors include, but are not limited to: Ivanhoe Cambridge, Quinte Mall Limited, Quinte Mall retailers and tenants, Quinte Broadcasting, Lisa & Grace’s Bridal Boutique, San Souci Special Event Catering, Live, Love & Laugh Flowers, Thompson Tent & Event Rentals, Runway Bridal, Bob House Photography, and Kwik Kopy.

Contest Prize:
1 grand prize will be awarded. Approximate prize value is $15,000.

Prize: The contest winner will receive a custom- Quinte Mall Wedding (civil service preformed by a licensed wedding officiant) on Friday, July 16, 2010 at 6:30 p.m. in Kindness Court and all preparations in advance of the wedding from February 1, 2010 to July 16, 2010 including fabulous promotional prizing courtesy of Quinte Mall and other sponsors including, but not limited to: A wedding (marriage license is the responsibility of contest winners and must be obtained from the City of Belleville and a copy given to Quinte Mall on or before May 31, 2010) event at Quinte Mall for a maximum of 100 guests (including the bride and groom) on Friday, July 16, 2010 at 6:30 p.m., a wedding dress, a groom’s tuxedo, two custom-made wedding bands, five bridesmaids dresses, five rented groomsmen’s tuxedos, bridal bouquet, groom’s boutonniere, five bridesmaid’s bouquets, five groomsmen’s boutonnieres, design, decor and rental items for Kindness Court in Quinte Mall where wedding will take place, wedding photography package, hair and make-up for the bride and five bridesmaids on wedding day, invitations for a maximum of 100 guests, two six-month GoodLife Fitness memberships beginning February 1, 2010 for the bride and groom, appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages for guests at reception, music at reception, one-week all inclusive honeymoon (all necessary immunizations and travel documentation are the responsibility of contest winners, Ivanhoe Cambridge, Quinte Mall Limited, Quinte Mall retailers, Quinte Broadcasting and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion and/or their respective agents, affiliates, or subsidiaries are not responsible for any travel delays or cancellations that arise during any part of the trip, and may not be held liable for any travel disruptions due to lack of proper travel documentation. It is the responsibility of the winners to have a valid Canadian passport to travel to foreign countries. The contest winners are responsible for any or all additional costs related to the prize including all taxes and/fees, all items of a personal nature, all external excursions and travel insurance, and all such additional costs related to the prize that may be incurred. The winner is also responsible for transfers to and from airports or railway stations within the destination awarded) – approximate value of $15,000.00. . Prizes will be presented to winners and Quinte Mall has ultimate discretion and final decision on all elements of wedding contest. Certain items pertaining to the wedding event will be open to public voting on the website: www.getmarried@quintemall.com. The item(s) in question with the highest number of votes will be deemed the official choice for the wedding event. Other items may be added, substituted and/or removed at any time throughout the contest period. Once submitted by the entrant the contest entry form and pictures cannot be changed or amended in any way.
• Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not redeemable for equivalent cash value. Prize may change without notice at any time.
(2) Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal value in the event that the prize described is unavailable due to circumstances beyond their control.

Judging:
(1) All eligible entries will be judged based on personality, rationale, creativity, and vitality depicted by the entry submittals.
(2) Judging to take place on January 26, 2010 or thereabouts. Contest winners will be advised personally by phone before February 1, 2010.
(3) All photos and entry forms will become property of Quinte Mall and will not be returned.
(4) All entries may be advertised on radio and/or in print at any time during the contest period and potential entrants may be contacted by Quinte Broadcasting to participate in an on-air interview.
(5) In the event the contest sponsor is unable to notify the selected entrant personally within seven (7) days from the sponsors first call, that selected entry will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries.

Limit of Liability and Release: Prior to receiving the prize and to be deemed official winners selected entrants must first complete a written declaration confirming compliance with the contest rules and regulations and sign an affidavit of the eligibility and release from releasing the sponsor of all liability.
(1)Winners must agree to standard contract terms, including permission to copyright and permission to use and publish or republish name and photographic depictions of them, in whole or in part without further compensation in any publicity carried out by the sponsors and/or their advertising and promotional agencies.
(2) By participating in this promotion, all participants and prize winners agree that Ivanhoe Cambridge, Quinte Mall Limited, it's retailers, Quinte Broadcasting, partnerships, subsidiaries, and affiliates and each of such entitles respective officers, directors agents and employees are not responsible or liable for any injury, loss, illness, or litigation that may occur from participation in the promotion or acceptance, possession or misuse of prizes.
(3) Official photo shoot will take place during the month of February on location at Quinte Mall. Final date and times for the photo shoot are to be determined. Failure to be available on day of photo shoot forfeits prize.
(4) The awarding of any prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules. Entrants agree to be bound by Official Rules and agree that if any winner fails to provide proof of identity, refuses to provide required affidavit, is found to have violated the Official Rules or otherwise does not meet eligibility criteria, prize will be forfeited.

General: All decisions of the contest judges are final. Contests are governed by the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. The sponsors reserve the right to cancel or modify the contest or the contest rules at any time without notice. All prizes must be accepted as awarded are non-transferable and are not convertible to cash. The sponsors reserve the right to substitute any prize or portion of the prize with a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes are awarded as-is and no warranties or guarantees are implied or expressed. The odds of winning depend on how many eligible entries are received. Sponsors are not liable for any lost or stolen entries or inability to process entry, or any errors, damage or negligence that may arise in the connection with this contest, including technical failures on the part of the contest software, virus, website down-time, human error or property damage incurred by any contest entrant. Except where prohibited by law: entry constitutes permission to use winners' entry, name, hometown, voice, likeness, photograph and any statements regarding this contest for editorial, public relations, promotional and advertising purposes without compensation; By participating and winning a prize, winners release Ivanhoe Cambridge, Quinte Mall Limited, Quinte Mall retailers, Quinte Broadcasting and their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability with respect to the prize won and participation in the contest. Quinte Mall Limited and Quinte Broadcasting reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice. All decisions regarding any portion, design, element, or item of this contest and the Wedding Event on July 16, 2010 are at the ultimate discretion of Quinte Mall and Quinte Broadcasting.
